Mark A. McBride M.D.
Mark A. McBride, M.D., was born in Salem, Virginia, and received his premedical education from Radford University. He obtained his M.D. degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and served his pediatric residency at the University of Louisville/Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
He is a member of The American Academy of Pediatrics and has served as Chief of Pediatrics at Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital. He joined Physicians to Children in 1994.
Dr. McBride and his wife, Kimberly, have a son, Benjamin. They enjoy horseback riding at their farm, gardening, landscaping, antiquing, and restoring their Victorian home.
